My client is seeking a graduate Compliance Assistant who is looking for their first step into the Financial Services sector. This is a generalist role, offering excellent exposure to Compliance and a real opportunity for growth and progression.

Description

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular monitoring and auditing of business activities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Support the preparation of compliance reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Help manage the company's risk assessment processes and ensure effective mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Assist in the delivery of compliance training programs to staff.
  • Stay updated with the latest regulatory changes and industry best practices.
  • Provide administrative support to the Compliance team as needed.

Profile

  • A graduate with a degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A keen interest in compliance and regulatory affairs within the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
