Role Overview:
Join WM Reply as a Graduate Microsoft 365 Consultant and help organizations unlock the full potential of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Viva, and OneDrive. You will work with enterprise clients to design, build, and implement custom solutions that improve productivity and employee experience at scale and across various industries.
With a focus on learning and innovation, you will develop deep knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Modern Work technology while contributing to impactful projects that transform businesses.
This role is based in Manchester and starts in September 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously learn and stay ahead of Microsoft technology developments, features and best practices to offer expert advice and implement cutting-edge solutions.
• Establish strong client relationships through your understanding of their businesses and their technology goals and challenges and delivering high-quality solutions as a result.
• Develop an in depth understanding of the impact of AI in enterprise and Microsoft technologies, ensuring clients can leverage AI capabilities to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Design, build, and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, including Copilot, SharePoint, Teams and Viva tailored to meet the specific needs of enterprise clients.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an excellent customer experience from delivery of workshops to detailed documentation and every day project calls- our focus on being expert and playful sets us apart from our competitors.
• Provide expert guidance to clients, helping them maximize the value of Microsoft 365 tools and improve their employee experience.

About the Candidate:

• You have a 2:1 degree in an IT/Business-based subject.
• You have a passion for technology and people.
• You possess influencing and leadership skills, as you will be expected to collaborate with colleagues, clients, and partners daily.
• You have excellent written, and spoken English skills.
• Some work experience is beneficial, such as a placement year or internship.
