Graduate Cover Supervisor
Location: Leicester
Daily Rate: £105 - 130 Per Day.
Days: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Start Date: September 2024

LTF Recruitment are working alongside a Secondary School based in Leicester who are looking to appoint a cover supervisor to start September, for a long-term contract covering until July 2025

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Providing general support to the school and its pupils
  • Supervise and lead classes under guidance and instructions set by the teacher.
  • Communicate with the teacher, providing feedback and updates on student progression and behaviour.
  • Maintain effective classroom management, ensuring that behaviour is in line with school expectations.
  • Be motivated and ambitious with a goal to support children to reach their full potential.
  • Attending weekly CPD sessions within school training programme.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience within a secondary school setting.
  • A passion for supporting students to learn and develop.
  • Experience as a cover supervisor is desirable, however experienced teaching assistants are encouraged to apply.
