We are seeking a highly motivated Data Science Graduate with expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part adapting our internal operations, enhancing efficiency, and driving data-driven decision-making processes.

Duties of an Graduate Data Science Analyst at OA:

• Develop and implement RPA solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to gather insights and identify trends within our business operations.
• Design and deploy AI models to optimize recruitment processes and improve candidate matching.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance metrics and KPIs.
• Work closely with different departments to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our processes

What we would like from you:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with AI frameworks and knowledge of RPA tools
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information in an understandable manner.
