Description
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Preparation of journal entries for month end
- Process monthly expenses
- Monthly balance sheet
- Assist with year-end audit deliverables
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Fixed assets and depreciation posting
- Processing weekly ad hoc payments
- Working closely with the commercial team and wider stakeholders
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
- A relevant numerate degree - Essential
- Or Studying towards AAT Qualification - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
- Have the desire to become a Qualified Accountant - Essential
