Butler Rose is currently looking for a motivated and analytical graduate to join their Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented graduate to join our data department within the FP&A team. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their career in financial planning and analysis. The successful candidate will work closely with senior members of the finance team to support financial forecasting, budgeting, and various analytical initiatives that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and maintenance of financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Collaborate with different departments to gather data and provide financial insights.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Participate in ad-hoc projects and analysis as required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel familiarity with financial modeling is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
