The Loans Administrator role comes with an attractive package:
- Annual salary of £22,500 with bonuses on completions
- 25 days annual leave (including mandatory 3 days when office closed at Xmas)

- Assisting with credit and lending administration matters.
- Managing relationships with customers and brokers from application to loan redemption.
- Analysing financial accounts, property valuations, and business appraisals.

- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the short-term lending market.
- Handling lending enquiries efficiently.
- Creating detailed records on each case via the case management system.
- Attending external events and deliver presentations as needed.
- A recent graduate looking at getting into Property / Financial Services
