Our client a leading manufacturer is looking to recruit a Graduate Management Trainee to embark on a rewarding career path. As a Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training and development to prepare you for future leadership roles within the company.

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Supply Chain Marketing and Commercial Operations while honing your skills in a supportive environment.

- Work closely with senior management to learn about company operations and policies

- Assist in maintaining administrative tasks to support daily operations

- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting

- Uphold phone etiquette standards when interacting with clients or colleagues

- Support organizational initiatives and projects as assigned

- Adhere to organizational guidelines and procedures

As a successful candidate you will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, proficiency in data entry and analysis and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is essential and familiarity with Excel for reporting purposes would be beneficial.
