Graduate Operations Coordinator

We are partnering with a Freight Forwarding organisation seeking a Graduate Operations Coordinator to join their team.

You will be involved in liaising with clients and customers whilst working alongside the Director and Operations team.

Responsibilities;

• Managing global Sea Freight Imports and European Road Freight
• Preparing quotations for sea and road freight shipments
• Arranging customs clearance
• Monitoring shipments
• Processing invoices
• Training to support the operations department
• Completing export and import customs clearance
• Raising job files
• Speaking with clients on the telephone and by email
• Working with the sales team assisting with quotations and service status information

Skills Required;

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Quotations experience
• Educated to a degree level
• Own driving license
