The Graduate Payments Analyst role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our client's financial transactions, with a particular focus on foreign exchange operations. Description

The Graduate Payments Analyst will be doing the following:

  • Processing and monitoring of foreign exchange transactions.
  • International payments through SWIFT and MT messages
  • Ensuring accurate and timely settlements of trades.
  • Managing and mitigating operational risks.
  • Liaising with multiple departments to resolve transactional issues.
  • Providing excellent customer service for internal and external clients.
  • Contributing to the development of operational processes and systems.
  • Complying with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting other team members as needed.

Profile

A successful Graduate Payments Analyst should have:

  • 1-2 years in FX/Payments
  • SWIFT and MT knowledge
  • A solid educational background in Finance, Economics or a related field.
  • Knowledge of foreign exchange operations and settlements.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and systems.
