Graduate Planner / Graduate Town Planner - Warrington

Our client is a specialist surveying and planning consultancy with offices across the UK, they are currently looking for graduates with a RTPI recognised degree and/or masters to join their training academy starting in August/September time.

This role is specifically focused on land acquisition, design and planning applications.

Key skills required:

• Hold a Degree or Masters in a RTPI recognised subject (Town Planning, Urban Planning, Regional Planning, Rural Planning, Real Estate, MPlan, Spatial Planning)
• Experience in the property sector or a customer facing role beneficial (Full job training provided)
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and experience working to deadlines.
• Full driving license
• An interest to start their APC with the aim to eventually become chartered.

Duties include:

• Speaking to landowners and property developers identifying site requirement for planning.
• Occasional site visits (in person or virtually)
• Working in conjunction with different divisions of the business including design, project management and surveying
• Assisting with project schedules ensuring deadlines are met.
