As a member of the Liverpool team, you'll collaborate with five other surveyors on various projects in the pubs and leisure industries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Project management
- Estimating
- Cost planning
- Final accounts
- Measurements
- Valuations
You'll handle all pre- and post-contract work for new builds and some refurbishment projects.
Ideal Candidate
·A Quantity Surveying graduate or a part-time student pursuing a QS degree
·Experience in pre- and post-contract work (Preferably within the leisure, hospitality or retail sectors)
·Client focused
·Capable of building key relationships as you will be client focused
·Project Management skills
