Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Financial Services

Package: £25K - £30K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission - £35K OTE Year 1, £50K OTE Year 2, £80K OTE Year 3, £100K Year 4

This award winning recruitment agency are looking for two intelligent, articulate and motivated graduates to join their team to help spearhead further growth for the remainder of this year and beyond!

The Role:

• Talent acquisition: Sourcing & interviewing candidates.
• Process management: Managing the full recruitment cycle from first contact until completion. Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews, feedback management, closing deals and post-placement follow ups.
• Research: Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping, and using various databases and social media.
• Market intelligence: Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and keeping up to date with market news.

• Minimum 2:1 degree
• Sales experience (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Financially motivated
