Our client is a Global Life Science, Medical Device & Technology, and Animal Health recruitment company. For the past 15 years, they have been providing innovative and bespoke recruitment solutions across the globe. They count many of the leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biopharma companies as their partners.

They have a vibrant office based in the city centre that is growing. One thing that all of their staff say they love the most about working there is the people and culture. They also work only mid to senior level appointments as well as retained searches which means higher fees and in return the opportunity to earn much more commission!

International office relocation: for people who want to work in their other offices (New York, Seattle, Newport Beach and Zurich)

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Role

  • Business Development and building business relationships as well as cold calling.
  • Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates.
  • Negotiating and objection handling.
  • Qualifying candidates and building candidate networks.
  • Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews.
  • Lead & referral generating.
  • Learning to become an expect in your market.

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Requirements

  • A recent bachelor’s degree or 12 months sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to develop new business relationships.
  • Ability to listen, learn and apply new ideas quickly.
  • A confident personality and will not be afraid to get on the phones.
  • Ability to achieve set targets and working to deadlines.
  • Entrepreneurial, ambitious and enjoy a fast paced, but challenging atmosphere.
