Graduate Careers Consultant:

Joining in a structured training academy, you will start your career in talent by building relationships with HSEQ professionals, learning about them, their skills and building industry and market knowledge, and consulting with them on potential career opportunities. You can then build your talent career by specialising in candidate consulting, client consulting or in a 360 role.

• Uncapped commission; realistic overall earnings are minimum £30k Yr 1, £37k Yr 2 and £45k Yr 3

• Within 3-5 years you can be in a managerial role and be on target for earning six figures.

• Incentives: weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual incentives for performance. Recently took 16 of the team out to Porto for achieving quarterly target. Also recently had all expenses day at the races. Other smaller socials including monthly team nights out, bowling, wine tasting etc. Long term friendships are made here.

Base salary starts at £22.5k and increases with performance.
