Pertemps Banbury have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join their team. You won’t need previous recruitment experience, but you will need to have an eagerness to learn and the desire to start a career within recruitment.

The role will specialise in recruiting office and professional services staff (Admin, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, HR/Finance). The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and placing well qualified candidates into permanent positions.

Job Description:
Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Developing client and candidate relationships.
  • Assisting in the creation and posting of job advertisements.
  • Conducting candidate interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and suitability for specific roles.
  • Building and maintaining candidate pools through our CRM and ATS.
  • Researching market trends, industry sectors, and competitor activity to identify recruitment opportunities.
  • Assisting with the onboarding process of successful candidates, ensuring communication between clients and candidates.
  • Maintaining regular communication with candidates to provide updates on their job applications and opportunities.
  • Working with colleagues to identify prospective clients and develop business relationships.
  • Attending industry events, job fairs, and networking functions to promote the recruitment agency and build professional connections.

Requirements:
  • Recent graduate with a strong academic performance.
  • Passion for people and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Previous experience working in a face to face customer service role.
