Key Role Responsibilities
They’re looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants that they can put through their award winning 12-week training programme and give you the skills to flourish in all aspects of the process from client acquisition to candidate delivery.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Sourcing, engaging, and headhunting prospective candidates.
- Meeting and gathering hiring requirements from your clients.
- Expanding your client and candidate base through perspective calling, utilising a range of recruitment tools and marketing techniques.
Skills
- To stand out in this market, you will need outstanding communication skills, resilience, and dedication to succeed.
- You will be juggling and prioritising multiple demands whilst delivering fast-paced service excellence; this involves building trusting working relationships with both your candidates and clients.
- As a collaborative organisation, you will need to be a team player.
- Good time-management skills.
