The Requirements

- Must hold a 2:1 degree or above
- Maintained at least 2 years in a commercial role
- Someone with a sponge like mentality who wants to be coached

- Resilient, hardworking, and persuasive
- Some commercial work experience (preferred but not essential)
- People with a high-level sporting background (preferred but not essential)

The Role
- Approach and source potential candidates via LinkedIn
- Guiding candidates through the interview process
- Account management
- Telephone/meet businesses, looking to develop professional relationships; find new business and generate leads
- Closing business deals
- Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients & candidates
