Salary: £26,000 per annum + 20% Commission on Sales

Role Overview
- Learn the full recruitment process from the ground up
- Write engaging job adverts and source candidates across various platforms
- Screen and qualify candidates for engineering vacancies
- Understand client hiring needs and assist in matching them with suitable professionals
- Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Support the delivery of recruitment campaigns for engineering roles across the UK
- Receive hands-on training and guidance from experienced team members
- Take on real responsibility early and work towards a long-term career with strong earning potential

- Monday - Thursday: 08:30 - 17:30
- Friday: 08:30 - 17:00
