The Role
- As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates and matching them to relevant job opportunities
- Market research
- Business development and account management
- Management of senior stakeholder relationships
- Defining creative recruitment strategies

- Advising clients on Talent Management strategies
- Commercial and contract negotiations
