In this office-based role you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, dealing with them via phone and email. This will involve processing sales orders from initial enquiry through order intake, shipment, and invoicing. There will be plenty of continuous training given from the team around you, as you will be acting as the glue between various internal departments.

• Dealing with customer enquiries via phone and email
• Overseeing key accounts and managing relationships
• Liaising with internal departments
• Full training given in the office
• Monday - Friday, office based (no hybrid working)
