With your knowledge and experience, you will work closely with the SEN/Inclusion team and help implement strategies and approaches to support children with SEMH, Trauma, anxiety in either KS1 or KS2 class.

Your role & responsibilities Graduate SEMH Teaching Assistant
- Be able to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Working alongside teachers to deliver the curriculum.
- Assisting Child with SEMH needs (Trauma, Anxiety, Depression etc)
- Supported on a 1*-2-1 basis and small groups for the learning and social development.
- Previous experience working alongside SEN & SEMH needs is desirable.
- Be passionate about achievement for every child and committed to ongoing professional learning.
Non-negotiables:
- Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident.
- Have experience of working with SEN children or young adults
- Offer drive, kindness, enthusiasm, imagination, and commitment.
