Graduate Support Analyst

My client is a global leader in the veterinary industry with over ten years of experience in providing top-tier care to veterinary and animal health customers who is looking for an Operation Support Analyst to join their Bristol office on a permanent basis. They collaborate with over 3,000 practices both in the UK and internationally, offering technology, training, financial services, marketing, and business intelligence to develop customised health care plans. Their mission is to enhance the health and wellbeing of pets worldwide.

You will support their business systems, providing both technical and operational assistance to customers, field teams, and operational staff. The role involves acting as a technical point of contact, managing queries or issues, liaising with external suppliers to resolve technical problems, and assisting internal staff with operational queries.

To excel in this role, you will have:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft products.
