Key Responsibilities:
- Mapping and Development Planning: Play a pivotal role in mapping out and planning new developments.
- Council Liaison and Negotiation: Engage directly with council and planning committees, negotiating and ensuring projects align with local regulations and community needs.
- Property Acquisition and Disposal Management: Manage the strategic acquisition and disposal of properties, critical to shaping the landscape of our projects.
- Urban Planning and Infrastructure Development: Focus on urban aspects, driving forward infrastructure projects that support sustainable community growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in Surveying or a related discipline
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Possesses a Full UK Driving License and is willing to travel as needed.
- Flexible in work hours to meet project demands.
- Aspiring to MRICS Chartership.
