Description

  • Facilitate the entire recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to conducting initial interviews.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Create and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage job postings on various platforms to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, such as career fairs.
  • Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct on-boarding activities for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.

Profile

A successful Graduate Talent Acquisition Coordinator should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • A genuine passion for recruitment and talent management.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and platforms.
