Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistants for our schools in the E16 area of London. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about education and eager to gain valuable classroom experience. As a TA, you will support teachers in delivering high-quality education to students, ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson preparation
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
  • Help with marking and assessing student work
  • Support the implementation of educational programs and activities
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with a degree (any discipline considered)
  • Passion for education and working with children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, patient, and enthusiastic
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Must provide all necessary documents (proof of ID, right to work in the UK, proof of address, etc.)
  • Must have an enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
