The Role You will be working as a Graduate Teaching Assistant supporting children with their numeracy, literacy and social skills. This involves delivering 1-2-1 and small group interventions and assisting in lessons. You will play an important role in helping every child reach their full potential, working under the supervision of a supportive class teacher.
The Candidate This role is suitable for a recent graduate who is considering a career as a primary school teacher. This role requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to demonstrate patience and empathy when working with children who are struggling in class. Previous experience working with young learners is desirable, however not essential. The school is looking for a recent graduate who can approach every day with a smile.
