This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a supportive and dynamic educational environment. All contract jobs are paid through Academics.

Salary: £90 per day
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Role Overview:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Hounslow, you will play a vital role in supporting our teaching staff and enhancing the educational experience for our students. This position is perfect for a recent graduate who is passionate about education and eager to gain practical experience in a supportive school environment. The Graduate Teaching Assistant will assist in delivering high-quality lessons, provide one-on-one support to students, and help create a positive learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across various subjects.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra help.
  • Help prepare classroom materials and resources.
  • Support the planning and implementation of educational activities and projects.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with a degree (preferred).
  • Strong academic record.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for working with children and a desire to make a positive impact on their education.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
