The Role: As a Graduate Teaching Assistant at our Brent-based school, you will:

• Support Learning: Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and provide individual or group support to students to enhance their learning experience.
• Encourage Participation: Help create and implement fun and interactive learning activities that make education enjoyable.
• Classroom Management: Aid in managing classroom behavior and ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
• Resource Preparation: Prepare exciting learning materials and resources under the guidance of teachers.
• Student Development: Support the social and emotional development of students, fostering a nurturing and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Assist teachers with creative classroom activities and administrative tasks.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage student participation and engagement in lessons.
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and ensure they have access to the curriculum.

Requirements:

• A recent graduate with a degree in any discipline,.
• A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic school environment.
