The successful candidate for this Graduate Teaching Assistant role will have studied, or will be studying a core subject or psychology related degree and will be motivated to pursue a career in education. A bubbly, friendly character is essential as well as a passion for education and inclusion.
 
This school is searching for several Graduate Teaching Assistants to work alongside multiple departments teaching staff to provide 1-2-1 and small group support to under-achieving students. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring student progress and creating individual support strategies to raise student grades and attainment levels.

The school opened in 1888 with just 40 pupils aged 5-18 and has grown significantly over the centuries. The school is a very successful 11 - 18 girls’ comprehensive school located in Barnet. They have high standards and high expectations and aim to help each and every student to succeed. A love of learning is a priority and the pastoral system supports girls in their academic and personal development.
