A Primary School in Basingstoke has recently opened a specialist SEN unit and is seeking a SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant to support children with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and complex needs. This role is ideal for Psychology, Criminology, or similar graduates, though candidates with relevant SEN experience are always also be considered.

The SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant Role in Basingstoke:
  • Work closely with SEN children, therapists, psychologists, and teachers.
  • Provide one-on-one and group support as a SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant in Basingstoke.
  • Assist students with numeracy and literacy in Key Stage 1 & 2.
  • Implement strategies tailored to Autism and other SEN needs.
  • Support students in achieving their learning objectives as a SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant.
