Recruitment is a people-focused, target driven sales role in which you act as the middle person between candidates and clients. You will communicate on both a B2B and a B2C level, partnering with some of the most exciting Tech clients and talent in the UK, Europe and the US. My client offers a structured training and development plan, alongside transparent and meritocratic career progression. They will instil a firm understanding into you of how a bespoke Recruitment process looks, so you can go to market and service your clients and candidates in the best possible way.
