Graduate Entry role into Wealth Management

Our client’s provide financial advice to private individuals on Investments, Pension, Protection, Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning. Are you a Graduate that is looking for your first role within Private Client Wealth Management? Having worked with this Chartered Financial Planning firm for over 10 years, we have seen them grow organically and via acquisition, and have placed a significant number of their staff with them. They are now looking to train future Financial Advisers and have created a role for a Graduate that either wants to make their first move into this sector, or a Graduate that might have gained some basic work experience or completed an internship within Wealth Management.

They will provide full on the job training as well as pay for professional qualifications, to enable you to gain your level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. You will be mentored by a highly successful Financial Adviser, that is ideally looking for someone that wants a structured career path, from Financial Administration, to Paraplanner and the ultimately develop you into a technically competent Financial Adviser.

This is a very dynamic industry, providing much needed support and guidance to private individuals, to help them make the most of their assets and provide truly holistic financial planning support. The industry is highly regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and firms have to abide by their exacting standards and guidelines. Our client can offer the successful applicant a structured training program, that will introduce them to the complex but very interesting Financial Admin support role, that will give you exposure to technical Paraplanners, Financial Advisers and their clients.
