My client, who is a well-known membership company are looking to grow their Graphic design team!

This role sits within the Communications team and provides a central design resource for the organisation.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for the production of a wide range of promotional materials, magazines, social media assets, and artwork. The remit includes digital media assets as well as print.

Main responsibilities
  • Creating social media assets for all activities including conferences and competitions
  • Maintaining corporate branding
  • Page layout and design of member magazines
  • Taking briefs from creative through to print ready stage
  • Provision and updating of artwork for the website
  • Design, production, and sourcing of display materials for exhibitions and events
  • Liaising closely with internal departments on design and content, including Sales and Marketing to support advertising sales activities
  • Creating and updating the corporate and promotional literature, brochures, fliers, adverts
  • Design of external client adverts for magazines, as briefed by the Sales team
  
Skills and attributes
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Fluent in Microsoft Word & PowerPoint (including creating templates)
  • Experience of developing digital content
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent eye for detail/proofreading skills
  • Ability to work to/maintain corporate style and branding
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Relevant qualification in design
