Greenkeeper

JHP Recruitment are seeking an experienced Greenkeeper for a golf resort based in Exeter, Devon

Key responsibilities:

• Cut tees, greens, surrounds, fairways, rough and semi-rough.
• Set up the course including changing holes.
• Aerating and irrigating turf.
• Maintaining bunkers.
• Driving a tractor with implements.
• Maintaining trees and shrubs on the golf course.
• Communicating effectively.

The successful candidate will ideally possess the following attributes:

• Be experienced in the industry
• A flexible, can-do attitude.
• Be personable and hard-working with a keen eye for detail
• Self-motivated.
• Punctual.
• The ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.
• Be able to use initiative when lone working.
• Have knowledge of the game of golf.

What we offer:

• £25,000 - £30,000 PA dependent on experience
• 28 days holiday including bank holidays
• Qualified and non-qualified applicants will both be considered.

• An average of 40hrs per week
