Job Title: Ground Worker CSCS

Location: West Midlands, West Midlands, Walsall

Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours

Salary: £180 - £200 Per day

Job DescriptionJob Duties:
  • Performing various manual tasks on construction sites such as digging trenches, laying foundations, and installing drainage systems
  • Operating and maintaining a range of hand and power tools
  • Assisting with the setting out of sites and ensuring work is carried out to specifications
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to complete projects efficiently
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
Required Qualifications:
  • CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
  • Valid UK driving licence
Education:

No specific educational requirements

Experience:
  • Prior experience working as a Ground Worker in the construction industry
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools
  • Understanding of construction site safety regulations
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional certifications to operate machinery 
  • First Aid training
Working Conditions:
  • Outdoor work in various weather conditions
  • Physical demands including heavy lifting and bending
  • Potential exposure to loud noise and dust on construction sites
