Grounds Maintenance Operative

MONDAY FRIDAY: 06.00 - 14.00 / 14.00 - 22.00 / 22.00 - 06.00  FIXED SHIFTS

£11.44  - £13.50 PER HOUR

Our client based in Hartlebury are seeking Fencing Operatives to join their friendly team.

They have fixed shifts available, namely: day, afternoon or night shift.  These are fixed shifts and not rotating.

Day to Day Duties

• Carry out a range of fencing installations and repairs to all types of fencing, from agricultural fencing to high security
• Ensure health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to
• Completion of daily point of works risk assessments
• Plant & vehicle checks and allocation sheets
• Undertake general maintenance on small plant machinery and tools, making sure all items are fit for purpose
• Reporting any faults to management

Essential Skills

• Previous experience of using hand tools is essential
• The ability to lift and carry heavy materials
• Must be physically fit

Desirable Experience

• Experience of fitting fences, sheds etc would be very desirable
