Group Contact Centre Manager

Have you experience managing a top tier team in a customer development / lead generation environment?
The Advocate Group is working with an innovative and dynamic home design company that is continually from strength to strength! Following continued success, they're looking to a Group Contact Centre Manager to lead their incredible lead gen/ telesales team, pushing for continued success while supporting through an exciting group transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead two fantastic teams, working across 4 incredible brands as they continue to manage and deliver quality sales leads.
- Ensure the conversion of exceptionally warm leads, delivering high quality customer service and expertise
- Work with wider stakeholders and senior leadership, leading the transition to a new, dynamic CRM.
- Oversee a team of 10+ with team management responsibilities, hosting 121s, reviews, training, and development etc.
About You:
- At least 8 years’ experience within a contact centre, customer service, lead generation role – open on industry but B2C experience is preferred
- At least 3 years team lead experience, including team development and training
- Experience with onboarding / transitioning to a new CRM system (ideally Microsoft Dynamics)
- OR experience working in a team leader role through a period of significant growth
- An exceptional drive, personable and team player that wants to lead from the front
