Multinational business seeks Group IT Support Engineer for lifelong career opportunity:

I’m looking for a Group IT Support Engineer to support the users at this businesses Redditch HQ site and to support a bunch of projects just kicking off. It a great time to join as this business has practically doubled its turnover this year to over £186 million and is looking to invest in their infrastructure, their teams and their people.

About you

You are a hands-on, technical engineer with a broad range of skills looking for a stable position, in a stable business in an enterprise environment so you’ll have chance to work in a mix of project engineering and BAU.

What you’ll need

A can-do attitude and a mix of skills from systems admin (both on prem and via Azure), infrastructure support, network security and general technical support from printers to VoIP.

About the environment

You’ll be working as part of a friendly team of 4 to support the HQ site at Redditch with around 300 users, supporting an infrastructure with 2 physical servers 10 virtual (Hyper-V) and mix of Azure services including Intune and M365 with no on call and a regular 9-5
