Elevation Recruitment is excited to be partnering with an innovative company based in Derby who are expanding. The Group Marketing Manager will be tasked with developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at boosting brand visibility to attract new customers and foster business expansion.

Responsibilities include creating various content types, as well as maintaining company websites and overseeing social media platforms. The Group Marketing Manager will collaborate with key internal stakeholders to understand business needs and formulate tailored marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans.
  • Create compelling marketing content to enhance brand awareness and drive inquiries and sales leads.
  • Provide support to sales teams with necessary collateral.
  • Manage website content and social media channels effectively.
  • Conceptualise and execute social media campaigns.
  • Conduct market research using diverse channels including news and events.
  • Perform competitor analysis to ascertain market positioning.
  • Participate in, attend, and organise exhibitions.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong grasp of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices across traditional and digital channels.
  • Ability to analyse data and information to derive informed marketing recommendations and decisions.
