Job Opportunity: Group Pub Manager

Location: Far Northeast England

About the Role: We are a thriving collective of three pubs situated in the scenic far North East of England, each with its own unique charm and loyal customer base. We are on the hunt for an ambitious Group Pub Manager to lead our establishments into a prosperous future. We are looking for someone to be based no further south than Morpeth. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Devise and implement strategies to drive sales growth across all venues.
  • Procurement Management: Oversee the procurement process to ensure cost-effective sourcing of high-quality products.
  • Leadership Recruitment: Attract, hire, and develop top talent to maintain a high-performing management team.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure operational efficiency and excellence in customer service.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Community Engagement: Foster strong community relations and enhance the pubs’ presence in the local area.

Qualifications:

  • A proven track record in pub or hospitality management with a focus on sales and procurement.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in recruiting and developing managers.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with staff and customers alike.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to excellence.
