THE COMPANY

This company has been around for 78 years, developing toys for a wide range of ages. They are now one of the fastest-growing companies across the EU! Their products have a really good trajectory, looking to expand their already unbelievably successful product.

THE ROLE

It's your job to get the house in order and ensure that the business is able to self-serve, be more technically able and understand the behaviour of the users themselves. You'll be educating the rest of the team on how to utilise the right tools in the right way and be the point of contact for all things Tableau. You'll be managing their extensive consumer database, optimising growth by reporting on key growth drivers and delivering insights to stakeholders. You'll also be involved in the following:

• CPA reduction through Conversion Rate Optimisation, Brand Search Optimisation and SEO
• Optimising the Marketing Mix to drive acquisition

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• Comfortable working with Big Data
• Commercially minded - the client wants to see the impacts of your work on your CV!
• Experience working with customer data across multiple channels (digital), looking at acquisition/growth
• Strong SQL - need to be using this currently and daily
• Google Analytics or equivalent
• Tableau or similar
