Brand new exciting opportunity to join as a Growth Executive for a fast-growing, multi-million-pound health and wellbeing e-commerce retailer, that aims to bring holistic health to as many people as possible.

The Role:

The role requires an enthusiastic and results-oriented Growth Executive to join the team in London. This is a unique opportunity for an individual passionate about driving growth and profitability in the health and wellness industry. Reporting to the Head of Growth, this role is pivotal in supporting ambitious growth plans:

Responsibilities:

The Growth Executive will report to the Head of Growth and will support in the following areas, to strategise for further business growth. Note that it is not necessary to be hands-on in all of these areas, but an understanding is important (training will be provided if necessary).

  • Support the paid media team in optimising  PPC and Paid Social activities;
  • Providing support in analysing sales data to make decisions on optimising spending for long-term growth and profitability.
  • Supporting and developing new initiatives to drive additional growth and profit through paid media channels.
  • Supporting, managing and scaling the TikTok Shop by handling influencer relationships, identifying high-potential SKUs, and working with agencies.
  • Support in the creation and maintenance of systems and automation around pricing and margin to ensure competitive and profitable pricing in response to market dynamics.
  • Monitor and analyse pricing and margins using tools such as Shopify Plus, Skuuudle, and market research.
  • Identify and address underperforming categories to maximise performance across the business.
  • Analyse site traffic and propose new initiatives and A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
  • Supporting the entire growth team to implement and drive these tests.
  • Work closely with marketing, performance, design, and other teams to align on growth strategies and ensure cohesive execution.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among teams to optimise efforts and resources towards shared growth objectives.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly intelligent and motivated professional, ideally suitable for graduates looking to go in a growth or marketing role in a D2C e-commerce environment, with exposure to i.e.CRO, paid media, or e-commerce/trading.

  • Degree educated, preferably with a 1st Class Degree (preference given to Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, UCL etc candidates)
  • Analytical and results-driven, with a deep passion for problem-solving and growth.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at juggling multiple projects and priorities.
  • Eager to learn and grow rapidly, quickly grasping new concepts and tools.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills, able to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Collaborative, and able to manage multiple workflows across the growth team.
  • Passionate about identifying and capitalising on opportunities to drive significant company growth.
  • Self-motivated, taking initiative and making informed decisions to drive growth.

Location: Hybrid - London

Salary: £25,000 - £45,000 per annum
