We are looking for production operatives to join our manufacturing client in Winkleigh.

Having your own transport is necessary as the client is in a rural location, however there is free parking on site.

  • Hours: Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; 42.5hrs/per week
  • Job Type: Temp to Perm; Full time
  • Pay: £11.44 (bonus available once perm)
  • Location: Winkleigh


Responsibilities of the Production Operative:

  • Working with fibreglass
  • Spraying wet mixture of resin and fibreglass
  • Wood Work and Assembly
  • Assembling pannels into units
  • Manufacturing and fitting panels on the GRP housings.
  • Assembling the GRP housings
  • Requires manual handling
  • Full training and PPE is provided


Requirements of the Production Operative:

  • Able to work as part of a team and individually
  • Awareness of health and safety procedures
  • Able to do Manual Handling tasks
  • Previous Production or Manufacturing Experience
  • Experience or familiarity with power tools
  • Must have own transport due to location of the site
  • Strong work ethic
  • Enjoy DIY
