Job Title: GTS Auditor

Are you an experienced Auditor with a strong background in Global Transaction Banking? Our client, a reputable financial institution, is seeking a talented GTS Auditor to join their team. This is your opportunity to contribute to high-profile audits and make a difference within a dynamic and global organisation.

As a GTS Auditor, you will play a lead role in the audits of Global Transaction Banking, including product management and sales processes. You will have the opportunity to work independently, either remotely or locally, and engage with business stakeholders to identify potential issues and control gaps. Your responsibilities will include developing audit plans, performing high-quality audit test execution, and drafting comprehensive and timely audit reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an audit plan based on detailed evaluation of process and business risks.
  • Perform high-quality audit test execution.
  • Document the execution of specific audit procedures accurately.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to identify potential issues and control gaps.
  • Draught quality and timely audit reports.
  • Direct and mentor junior team members.
  • Ensure timely completion of audits.

In addition to your auditing expertise, you will demonstrate professionalism and competence in staying informed of current economic developments, risk management practises, and relevant controls. Your critical thinking skills and professional judgement will set you apart as you influence business partners and senior managers in balancing business strategies with risk management controls.

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 8-10 years of internal audit or front office/risk management experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in the Global Transaction Banking business. A professional certification such as CA, ACCA, CFA, FRM, or CIA would be a plus. Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills in English are essential.
