Do you love selling guitars? We’re excited to offer an exceptional full-time sales position on the Guitar Department at Yamaha Music London in Soho.

We house the largest collection of Yamaha guitars in Europe - and it’ll be your task to deliver the right guitar to the right customer, from first-time buyers and seasoned professionals.

You’ll be working in a small team to provide the best customer experience at Yamaha’s flagship store. You’ll be hitting daily targets and spreading your passion for music in a fast-paced and ever-changing sales role! As well as selling, you’ll partake in regular music events in store outside of shop opening hours featuring industry professionals.

Skill Requirements

General

  • Enthusiasm for selling Yamaha Instruments
  • Total understanding of the sales process
  • Ability to demonstrate on an instrument
  • Strong negotiating and closing skills
  • Highly organised
  • Confident, polite and professional communicator
  • Desire for professional development
  • Brand Awareness

Specialist

  • Proven sales experience and background
  • Musical knowledge and experience preferred, but not essential
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Experience of working both independently and within a team, achieving results
