My City based Banking client is currently looking for a Hands-On Desktop Support Team Manager to join their organisation on a permanent basis.

The basic salary is £90-95k plus benefits

The Hands-On Desktop Support Team Manager will:

  • Lead a team of 3 direct reports and approx. 20 members of staff overall.
  • Have a banking or Finance background ideally
  • Manage an annual investment and expense budget relative to the activities of the group.
  • Works across the wider Infrastructure group - team managers, engineering staff and peers in the Customer Service Centre (CSC) function.
  • Oversee the management of the day-to-day support experience, maintenance, and enhancement of the organisation's support environment - including Windows desktops and laptops, Citrix VDI solutions, mobile devices including Apple iPhone, iPad, and Android, Canon Uniflow Print system and MFD devices.
