Fusion People are actively recruiting for Handyman to work on behalf of a leading planned maintenance contractor throughout Devizes and Swindon.

This is a temp-to-perm vacancy

Static site with free parking.

Planned maintenance (PPM's) and reactive maintenance service (including out of hours call-out cover). general planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance, throughout Swindon and Devizes.
This is a mental health care contract (The JHC a secure site) so experience in this environment would be beneficial.

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

  • Is a mobile role and they will be responsible for carrying out general planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance across an NHS contract in Wilshire (around Swindon, Devizies and possibly on the odd occasion into Bath)
  • You will carry out minor decoration and building fabric repairs i.e some basic plumbing (changing a tap/washer) basic electrical (changing a bulb)
  • Will provide a van and fuel card. Candidate will need a full UK driving license and no more than 6 points.
  • 40 hour week, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with an hour unpaid for lunch.
  • Salary circa £13p/h + holiday + NI + pension etc + your margin
  • Position subject to Standard DBS check.
