Job Title: CSCS Handyman
Location: Bottisham, Cambridgeshire

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning Facilities: Sweeping, dusting, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Tackling light repairs and ensuring everything is in working order.
  • Landscaping: Taking care of routine landscaping tasks on the grounds.
  • Painting and Filling Gaps: Addressing minor cosmetic issues on walls, sidewalks, and other surfaces.
  • Light Installation and Carpentry: Building cabinets or handling other installation tasks.
  • Assisting Tradespeople: Supporting electricians, plumbers, or HVAC technicians.
  • Emergency Tasks: Being available for assigned or emergency duties (e.g., snow shovelling).

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated handyman skills.
  • Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with hardware tools and electrical equipment.
  • Basic Knowledge: Understanding of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
  • Communication: Good communication abilities.
  • Organisation: Well-organised and adept at problem-solving.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical tasks.
