Handyman

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Handyman for a temporary assignment lasting 6 weeks. The role involves a variety of maintenance tasks, including gardening, plumbing, and general upkeep of the facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining a clean and functional environment.

• Removing weeds from in between slates and maintaining the overall appearance of the outdoor area.
• Mending toilets and addressing any minor plumbing issues that arise.
• Putting up notices and informational signage around the facility as needed.
• Conducting general maintenance tasks and ensuring the main site is well-kept and operational.

• Previous experience in a similar handyman or maintenance role.
• Basic gardening skills for upkeep of outdoor spaces.
• Plumbing skills for minor repairs and maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with facility management.

• Competitive hourly rate of £12.50.
